The mechanism of making chocolate is presented by diagram, while some process is showed in pie chart that divided based on price.

Overall, chocolate bar and food industry is the two main result of making chocolate. The most huge rate is showed from cost of ingredients and overheads, while other classes display different.

The first step of making choclate is extract cocoa through grinding, which resulting cocoa liquid and waste. Only for liquid cocoa, the procces is seperated in two ways. First, cocoa powder which is pressed, will bring food industry as the result. Second, Industrial chocolate which leading to chocolate bar can be generated by adding cocoa liquid, cocoa butter and sugar.  

A closer look at the pie chart show the biggest price ratio of chocolate bar is cost of ingredients and overhead which opposite from farmer, making it slightly more high than supermarket. Meanwhile, the percentage of chocolate company occupy almost twice as much as the lowest and well under tax.

Additionally, the chocolate company's percentage is nearly double the smallest segment and notably less than the tax portion.
